Meeting room options include The Lodge which can accommodate groups ranging from 20-110 in a variety of  meeting room arrangements including classroom, chevron, U-shape, hollow-rectangle, boardroom or clustered tables and up to 200 in theatre-style seating and the adjacent Longhorn Lounge, which comfortably accommodates up to 40 seated meeting guests.

The Lodge and The Longhorn Lounge meeting facilities can be combined to accommodate up to 150 guests for a sit down dinner or up to 300 for a reception.
